Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 250 km Southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (9.4°N 127.8°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

Strong to gale force winds associated with the surge of Northeast Monsoon.
