There are several groups asking to put back death penalty sentence in the Philippines because of the higher crime rates in the country. The latest personality who's backing the death penalty is Ms. Cherry Pie Picache after her mother was brutally killed in their home. But the church is still against the death penalty, they said that death penalty is not the solution to the crime problem in the Philippines.
