From MCIA, you can ride their new My Bus going straight to seaside mall (Take note that you must have eplus card because they won't receive cash).
If your from southern part, you can ride regular bus or PUJ going to Mambaling, Cebu. Just take some few minutes of walk going to SM because there are still no PUJ routes in the area. YOU can also ride vhire which directly pass SM.
