Governor Gwen Garcia Placed Cebu Province under Enhanced Community Quarantine starting March 27

Governor Gwendolyn Garcia has signed an Executive Order placing Cebu province under ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE.

Gov. Gwen signed the EO on March 25 and the implementation will start on March 27, 2020 12:01AM.

    Gov, just would like to share my 2 cents: With respect to grocery stores' operations, as seen in facebook people are queuing and not observing social distancing. This exposed more the public to COVID 19. In this connection, I would like to suggest to include these in the measures to done by grocery stores: 1. Accept pre-order of goods via text. 2. They will pack the goods per order. 3. Notify the customer date and time for the pick up or delivery of goods via text. Pick-up may done via drive through or personal pick up. In this case, the interaction among people is constricted, and a better way to prevent spread of virus.

    This is just an opinion from an observing citizen. You may not consider this if you see that is not viable. Thanks.
