A video from netizen of KEPCO POWER PLANT IN NAGA CITY, CEBU is on fire which cause massive total blackout in CEBU and other provinces affected like Bohol, Samar, Leyte and others has gone viral and trending in social media.
Video already garnered thousands of views and reactions but still not official statement from Veco and from Kepco yet.

It is fake news and some said that the plant was hit by lightning. We still don't know if it's real or fake.
